Over the phone they said they would do a free inspection but charged me in the end anyway. They seem to be knowledgeable but didn't point out that I have seatbelts strips installed instead of bushings, (not by me but by the expletive I bought the car from). I'm assuming that it was just misinformation, and that they were not so incompetent not to see my bushings missing. Would not listen to a word I said about my car problems and then charged me for the time they took inspecting unrelated issues...
Sorry to here that you were unhappy with your experience. We do not charge to inspect customers vehicles if they choose to have the repairs performed to there vehicle. However if we can not diagnose the customer complaint we do not charge them. We have to pay our technicians to diagnose your vehicle. Also don't forget you have a $47.50 credit to have work done here on your vehicle or any vehicle you would like to bring in. Thanks for coming in the first time and we hope we can help you out in the future.
