I was considering buying a used car and brought it in for an inspection. Jason had told me the inspection would take about an hour and they finished on time. Jason was also very helpful explaining what they found and answered my questions regarding the car and the value I would be getting. He had also inspected my current car a couple of months earlier and was able to compare one versus the other. Jason helped make a somewhat challenging decision a lot easier.

Went to this shop for A/C problems. They correctly diagnosed the problem and stood by their work.

Always friendly, timely and service provided without any up selling. They threw in a free service because they made me wait a bit. I have been taking both my vehicles here for all types of service.

Pleasant, quick, good price

I am happy with the service and honesty provided. The pricing was fair and accurate. Repairs were done in a timely matter and explained. All of my questions were answered before and after the repairs.

Over the phone they said they would do a free inspection but charged me in the end anyway. They seem to be knowledgeable but didn't point out that I have seatbelts strips installed instead of bushings, (not by me but by the expletive I bought the car from). I'm assuming that it was just misinformation, and that they were not so incompetent not to see my bushings missing. Would not listen to a word I said about my car problems and then charged me for the time they took inspecting unrelated issues...
