Michael said they did what they said they would do and they completed the work on time. They did a fabulous job.

I've now had two great experiences here, including one visit that, like Brian S., ended with the Advanced Auto guys diagnosing an issue that they looked up, determined was covered by the manufacturer, and sent me across the street to the dealer's to have fixed for free "instead of paying us a lot of money." They even called Scion up directly and got me a case number first! With that level of service, I couldn't recommend this shop more unless maybe they had free beer and chocolate chip cookies in their waiting area.They work by appointment only, and had me in and out within 30-40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Their bathroom is clean, and the chairs are not rock hard. If you're having something quick done but don't want to wait there, there's a little coffee shop just across the parking lot that works just as well (they'll call you when you're car's ready).

Came in with a Groupon and was able to redeem no sweat. They got to work on my car right away and had oil changed and tires rotated in 45 min. Had a table in the waiting area I could do work on with no distractions. Best of all, good customer service and no upsell. Will definitely be back.
